The invention relates to an instrument of the orientable angle transmission type making it possible to actuate a transmission at an angle from zero to three hundred and sixty degrees without any inconveniences. It comprises two half-casings 1 and 1 'bis' having a rotation relative to one another facilitated by a bronze ring 2 held from below by a ring 3. Sealing will be achieved by a seal 4. Each of the two half-casings comprises a gear 5 and 6 mounted on ball bearings 7, 8, 9, 10. The articulation of this transmission will be produced by a large ring gear 11 fixed to a shaft 12 by means of a key 13 and of a clip 14, the shaft itself, mounted on ball bearings 15 and 16, allowing rotation. The component 17 makes it easy to remount the shaft of the large ring gear. <IMAGE>
