The invention relates to a support stick, particularly for skiing, comprising a gripping handle 2 and a wrist-strap 10 which, via one of its ends, can be moved away from the handle. According to the invention, means 20 are provided, arranged in order, through the action of the user's hand, to hold the said end of the wrist-strap 10 in a position folded down on the handle 2.
