PURPOSE:To easily measure the position of plural vehicles, and to improve the efficiency of construction work and secure its safety by measuring the time up to when reflected laser light is photodetected and obtaining direction information on the vehicles. CONSTITUTION:If the radio equipment 51 in an office sends a signal to the start of position measurement to the radio equipment 34 of a laser light reflecting device 30 on a vehicle, an optical shutter 322 operates through a controller 33 to be opened and a reflecting prism 321 enters the reflection state of laser light. Then, laser light beams from two positions are reflected and incident on two photodetection parts 23 and respective azimuth angles alpha and betaare calculated 24 and sent to the arithmetic device 52 in the office, so that an output device 54 displays the position of the vehicle. Thus, the positions of plural vehicles are measured.
