The invention consists in installing two regulators 4 and 7 in the same circuit, they provide for the adjustment mentioned above and passage from the poured state to the divergent state. A constant pressure is obtained by virtue of a spring bearing on a large membrane 13 which is linked with a small membrane 15. As the small membrane receives the pressure produced, the spring acts under the pressure effect produced. The precise flow rate is obtained by the shape of the valve which provides for calendering of the product and thus a laminar flow and a constant speed of the product. Closing of the regulator is brought about by compressed air on the large membrane. <IMAGE>
