An exerciser is configured like a bar having fixed at one of its ends a T-shaped part with padded branches to avoid sliding. The T-shaped part is used to hold or fix the bar while the latter is gripped by the user and rubbed during the exercises. A temperature indicator provides the user with indications concerning the amount of heat generated by the rubbing and therefore its performance during training. |
