PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient dynamic range by using four differential amplifier sections and each set of each constant power supply between a power supply and ground as one set and supplying the 1st and 2nd signals to a differential input section of the differential amplifier section. CONSTITUTION:With transistors (Tr) Q1, Q4, Q6, Q7 turned on, the Trs Q1, Q4, resistors R1, R2, R3 and constant current sources I1, I2 act like a differential amplifier circuit and a signal Xin between input sections x1 and x2 is amplified by the circuit. With Trs Q2, Q3, Q5, Q8 turned on, the Trs Q5, Q8, resistors R1, R4 and constant current sources I3, I4 act like a differential amplifier circuit and a signal between the input sections x1, x2 is amplified by the circuit. When clock pulses phi, the inverse of phi are fed to input sections y1, y2 and a low frequency signal Xin to be subjected to frequency conversion is fed to the input sections x1, x2, an output subjected to frequency conversion is obtained at the output section. Thus, a sufficient dynamic range is obtained.
