This motorised transport vehicle 3 comprises a platform 4 and two carriages 5 which roll on rails 2 and which support the platform with the possibility of rotation about a vertical axis. Each carriage carries, in turn, a shaft which rotates about the same vertical axis and which carries a pinion meshing with a teething arranged along the transport line 1, in order to determine the advance of the vehicle. The platform carries two electric motors which are intended for controlling said shafts of the two carriages and the shafts of which are coupled. At each point of the line where a change in direction occurs, the line comprises turntables which align the carriages of a vehicle with the rails of the next segment of the line. <IMAGE> |
