PURPOSE:To eliminate a restriction on seat intervals and enlarge a cargo space with simple construction by constituting the system wherein the seat back of a rear seat is turned without shifting the seat toward the rear side, folded into a storage space on a cargo space floor and a floor board is so made as to be freely mounted and dismounted. CONSTITUTION:A primary floor board 40 concealing a storage space 30 is removed and the upper side of the storage space 30 is released. Also, a secondary floor board 50 is dismantled from the seat back 22 of a rear seat 20. Then, the seat back 22 is turned to the rear side, folded into the storage space 30 and the primary floor board 40 is restored. And the secondary floor board 50 is made to come near or in contact with a front seat 10 on the seat cushion 21 of the rear seat 20, and the rear end thereof is supported approximately even with the primary floor board 40. Therefore, there is no restriction on an interval between the rear seat 20 and the front seat 10 and the interval can be optionally decided, thereby enabling the efficient use of a cabin space such as narrowing of an interval between both seats for enlarging a cargo space.
