PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition capable of giving coatings outstanding in hardness, weatherability, padding characteristics, appearance, gloss, etc., for use in automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines, etc., comprising a specific triazine resin, acrylic resin having specific functional group and aminoformalin resin in specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 5-90wt% of a triazine resin prepared by cocondensation between (i) a triazine amino compound of formula (X is H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C6H5 or NH2), (ii) formaldehyde, and (iii) a polyol, and furthermore, if needed, (iv) a monohydric alcohol, (B) 5-80wt% of an acrylic resin having in the molecule at least one kind of functional group selected from OH, COOH and amide groups, and (C) 5-50wt% of an aminoformalin resin.
