PURPOSE:To manufacture a small-sized magnetic core easily, and to reduce deformation on molding by cutting a cylindrical body obtained by cylindrically winding a magnetic alloy thin-body in the radial direction and acquiring the magnetic core having predetermined height. CONSTITUTION:A cobalt group amorphous alloy thin-band is wound, and a cylindrical magnetic core is molded. The magnetic core is cut (a sectional shape) in the radial direction, conformed to the aimed height of the magnetic core and a saturable core is molded, and straightening heat-treatment is executed. Since gap-forming cutting is conducted at a time under the state of the cylindrical magnetic core, deformation is difficult to be generated, thus simplifying a working process and improving yield as compared to gap-forming cutting by a simple substance.
