<p>The anticorrosive pigments disclosed contain metal oxides, metal phosphates and/or molybdate based on the metals zinc, aluminium, iron, baryum, strontium, calcium, magnesium and titanium, isolated or associated, contain in addition between 0.03 and 2% by weight of soluble sodium bichromate or an equivalent quantity of potassium bichromate or ammonium bichromate or equivalent quantities of corresponding chromates or chromic acids. Said pigments are prepared by total homogenization of the chromate parts and are used as sizing on ferrous or non-ferrous metal bases.</p> |
