<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus consisting of a particular construction to enable thermal cracking of waste resin in a dry distillation furnace under a condition shielded from air while observing the residual waste in the furnace and reutilization of a part of dry distillation gas as a fuel for the dry distillation furnace, and capable of continuously producing a fuel oil in high yield and efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A waste resin is crushed with a crusher 1, collected with a cyclone 2 and stored in a hopper 3. The resin is continuously supplied with a hydraulic cylinder 4 to a dry distillation furnace 5 having a heating burner 12 built in the furnace 5. The thermal cracking of the resin is carried out in the furnace while observing the residual resin in the dry distillation furnace 5 with a an inspection device composed of a TV camera 34 for inspecting the residue in the furnace and a color light 35. The dry distillation gas generated by the thermal cracking is cooled with a cooler 6 and the condensed liquid and noncondensed vapor are collected in a tank 7. The condensed liquid is purified by passing through a dust separator 10 to remove impurities and the purified condensed liquid is stored as an oil in an underground oil tank 11. On the other hand, the noncondensed vapor is washed with an alkali in a scrubber 8, washed with water in a washer 9 and supplied to a burner 12 of the dry distillation furnace 5 as a fuel.</p> |
