PURPOSE:To suppress the shock due to the hydraulic pressure generated on sharp turn by forming a branched oil passage from the pressurized oil passage communicating to an operating cylinder and installing a variable throttle mechanism into the branched oil passage. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized oil supplied from a hydraulic pump P is supplied into the right and left operating cylinders 12A and 12B through a three-position selecting solenoid valve 23 as switching control valve, and discharged through a branched oil passage 21. A pressure adjusting valve 24 is installed into the branched oil passage 21. Said pressure adjusting valve 24 is constituted of a pivot 33 installed into a main oil passage 25, movable piston 35 in which the set length of a setting spring 34 for pressing the pivot 33 in the direction of operation can be varied, bypass oil passage 36 which communicates to the constricted part of the movable piston 35, making a detour around the main oil passage 25, and an orifice 37 installed into the bypass oil passage 36.
