PURPOSE:To attain the light structure by using a metallic honey-comb as a short-circuit plate for a tri-plate circuit so as to prevent the occurrence of an electromagnetic wave disuse mode in the circuit. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 5 is clipped by two ground conductor plates 2a, 2b via dielectrics 4a, 4b and the surrounding of the board 5 between the ground conductor plates 2a, 2b is surrounded by the short-circuit plate to form the microstrip circuit of the tri-plate structure. In this case, the metallic honey-comb plate is used as the short-circuit plate. Then the occurrence of the mode disusing the electromagnetic wave in the circuit is prevented. Thus, the light structure is attained.
