PURPOSE:To make the size of a planetary gear speed increasing and decreasing device smaller and its construction simpler, by mounting an external gear on an input shaft supported by a casing and a recessed portion at the end of an output shaft through an eccentric member and connecting a spline formed in a ring-shaped groove on the side of an output shaft of the external gear and the output shaft by means of a hollow shaft drive. CONSTITUTION:An external gear 24 is mounted on an eccentric member 22 formed on an input shaft 21 through a bearing 23 so that it is meshed with internal gear tooth comprising external pins 27 of an internal gear 26. The external gear 24 has a ring-shaped groove 28 formed on the side of an output shaft 30 and the ring-shaped groove 28 is provided with an internal spline 29 in a concentric relation with the external gear 24. On the other hand, an external spline 32 is disposed at the outside of the output shaft 30 in a concentric relation with the input shaft 21. A hollow drive 35 is interposed between the internal spline 29 and the external spline 32. Further, the input shaft 21 passes through the drive 35 and it is supported by a recessed portion 31 at the end of the output shaft 30 and a casing 39 at its opposite ends. |
