PURPOSE:To insert a stack of sheets of paper, etc., into a discharge opening and to perform depositing and fixing operation by reversing a heat and a pressure roller which fixes a toner image on a form by heating and pressing the form to which the toner image is already transferred. CONSTITUTION:An electrophotographic copying machine conveys the form to which the toner image is transferred by a photosensitive drum by driving a conveyor belt 21. its roller 9 and pressure roller 10 heat and press the form to fix the toner image on the form, which is discharged to a paper discharge tray/form guide 12. The paper discharge tray/form guide 12 is turned over and fitted to a tray holder 13 and a stack of sheets of paper such as heat- depositing sheets and heat-transfer films is inserted into the discharge opening 22 and the heat roller 9 and pressure roller 10 are rotated as shown by arrow D. The paper, etc., is heated and pressed for depositing and then discharged to a form tray 14.
