PURPOSE:To regulate flow of solid particle soil suspension by moving either the first wall or the second wall to change the interval between a plane portion of the first wall and a plane portion of the second wall. CONSTITUTION:A plane portion 51 of the first wall and a plane portion 61 of the second wall are formed like a doughnut, and a curved surface 62 which is curved to be orthogonal to the plane portion of the second wall is formed continuously on the inside of the plane portion 61 of the second wall. The edge portion of the curved surface is extended to form the plane portion of the second wall into a right-angled tube (inner cylinder) 63. Liquid supplied from the direction of an arrow C is supplied through a liquid inlet tube 67, a liquid distributing chamber 65 and a communicating tube 66 to an annular space 7 from the outside, and passed through the annular space 7 formed by the pane portion of the first wall and the plane portion of the second wall to flow along curved surface 62 of the second wall.
