Trisubstd. 1,2,3-triazole derivs. of formula (I) are new; where R = aliphatic residue; R1 = amino, mono- or di(1-4C alkyl)amino, carbamoyl, mono- or di-(1-7C alkyl) carbamoyl, or 1-7C alkyl; and R2 = carbamoyl or mono- or di(1-7Calkyl)carbamoyl. Pref. R = 1-n-propyl-n-butyl or 1-allyl-3-butenyl; R1 = NH2, CONH2 or 1-4C alkyl (pref. CH3); and R2 = CONH2. 11 cpds., including 5-amino-1-(4-heptyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole 4-carboxamide; 5-amino-1-(4-heptyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4 carboxylic acid methylamide; and 1-(4-heptyl)-5-methylamine -1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid methylamide, are specifically claimed. |
