PURPOSE:To prevent falling of a sealant by compressing a liquid gasket sealant by the first and second member, whereby excess sealant is accommodated in grooves. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 24, 25 are disposed at a mating face 21a of a speed change gear case 21 which is the first member, and the mating face 21a is assembled in such a manner as to confront with a mating face 22a of a housing 22 which is the second member. The space between the grooves 24, 25 is filled up with a liquid gasket sealant 23, and excess sealant 23b is accommodated in the grooves 24, 25. Accordingly, the space between the mating faces is filled up with the sealant by the grooves formed on the mating faces to prevent falling of the sealant.
