PURPOSE:To improve yield rate by positioning the outer peripheral edge of an output plate at the inner peripheral edge of an input plate, and blanking the input plate and the output plate. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral edge of an output plate 11 including a projection 19 is positioned inside the inner peripheral edge of an input plate 10 extending over the whole periphery. Therefore, in case of manufacturing the input plate 10 and the output plate 11, the annular input plate 10 is blanked from a plate raw material, and simultaneously the output plate 11 can be blanked from the inside circular portion thereof. Thus, the input plate 10 and the output plate 11 can be blanked from one sheet of raw material to improve yield rate of a material.
