摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the heat resistant and vibration resistant temperature measuring resistor body wherein wire is not broken at a connecting part, by connecting a raw resistor wire and a lead wire by a relay wire whose thickness is of an intermediate size between the raw resistor wire and the lead wire and material is the same as that of the raw resistor wire. CONSTITUTION:A groove 6, around which the platinum raw resistor wire 5 is wound, is formed at the intermediate part of the heat resistant bobbin 1. A fixing part 2 for the lead wire 3 is provided at the inside of a head (a). The lead wire 3 is inserted through a hole 4, guided to the lead wire fixing part 2, and welded to the metallized part so as to form a unitary body with the bobbin. The relay wire 7 is made of the same platinum as for the resistor 5. The diameter of the relay wire is selected to be the intermediate size between the raw resistor wire 5 and the lead wire 3. The connecting part 9 is formed by melting one end of the relay wire and the raw resistor wire 5 in a spherical shape. The connecting part 9 is fixed to a concave part 8 which is provided at one end of a hole 10 with a sticking agent. The other end of the relay wire is brazed to the base part of the lead wire 3.
