PURPOSE:To enable to carry out the exchange of casting wheel easily, by making driving shaft for casting wheel support in both shaft direction and supporting the casting wheel with both left and right shaft ends moving the one hand or both shafts horizontally. CONSTITUTION:The driving shaft 16 and the driven shaft 17, are provided on both sides of the casting wheel 11 of revolving mold. The tooth cratch 18 and the taper 19 are provided on the side face of the casting wheel boss 13 and the shafts 16, 17 and centering of the wheel 11 is able to carry out automatically. On occasion of exchanging the wheel 11, for example, the wheel 11 is drawn out from the tip face of the boss 13 by supporting the wheel 11 with crane and retreating the shaft 17 by the moving apparatus 26. Next, the crane is moved in the axis 17 direction horizontally and the tip face of the boss 13 is able to get out of the end of the shaft 16. Then, the wheel 11 is lifted upward. Reverse operation is carried out for the assembling of the wheel 11. By the above mechanism, separation and assembling of the wheel 11 is made easy. |
