摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a frictional electrification occurring between a printing sheet and a platen to enhance a reliability as a printer, by kneading an aluminium powder by a specific amount into a rubber substrate which has not tubed yet. CONSTITUTION:As a substrate of a rubber of plastic series, in a platen molding, a rigid urethane rubber of 95+ or -3 hardness specified in the JIS is used. To make the rubber substrate a conductor, an aluminum (Al) powder or a mixed powder material of the Al powder and, for example, a magnesium (Mg) and a silicon (Si) is kneaded into the rubber substrate to be well dispersed, thereafter the obtained material is injected into a predetermined platen mold to mold a roller- form platen. Since the molded platen including 10-30wt% of the aluminium power to the urethane series rubber substrate has an electrical conductivity, the static electricity due to a frictional electrification of a printing sheet is avoided, thus a stable action of a printing head 11 is ensured. In addition, the 10% or less inclusion of the aluminium powder results in a small effect of prevention of occurrence of the static electricity; the 30% or more of the aluminium powder results in the difficulty of the platen molding.
