PURPOSE:To obtain an air-conditioning machine capable of effecting dehumidifying operation obtaining blow-off air having substantially a constant temperature at all times by a method wherein the dehumidified air of cooling and dehumidifying cycle and the dehumidified air of heating and defrosting cycle are mixed. CONSTITUTION:During the cooling operation 13 of an air-conditioning machine, refrigerant gas flows from a compressor 1 into a main condenser 3 as shown by full-line arrow signs, the heat of the gas is discharged, the gas is liquefied and effects heat exchange in an evaporator 5 with air through an evacuating mechanism 4, thereafter, the gas is evaporated and returns into the compressor 1. In this case, the air is dehumidified and the temperature thereof is reduced. During heating and dehumidifying operation 14, the refrigerant gas is sent from the compressor 1 into a sub condenser 6 as shown by broken lines and effects heat exchange between low-temperature air, passed through the evaporator 5, to heat air, then the refrigerant is condensed. A condensing capacity 12 is larger than a cooling capacity 11, therefore, the blow-off temperature of the air is increased in the heating and dehumidifying operation 14. In case a plurality of refrigerating cycles are provided in parallel, mixed operation 15, in which the cooling operation 13 and the heating and dehumidifying operation 14 are effected simultaneously, may be effected. According to this method, a blow-off air temperature 16, constant substantially at all times, may be obtained.
