PURPOSE:To uniformalize the thickness of a gasket without an intermediate plate by folding back each part of a surface material and a back material, and holding a core material by each fold-back portion. CONSTITUTION:A part of the outer edge portion of a surface material 22 is folded back on the rear side of a core material 22, and the core material 21 is held by the fold-back portion. Further, a part of the outer edge portion of a back material 23 is folded back on the surface side of the core material 21, and the core material 21 is held by the fold-back portion. Accordingly, each thickness is the same, so that the thickness of a gasket 13 is made uniform at any portion without an intermediate plate.
