PURPOSE:To facilitate the adsorptive fixation of insolubilized first or second antibody on or in a filter material adsorbing no protein, by fixing said filter material to each well of a plate. CONSTITUTION:A large number of wells 2 are formed to a transparent plastic plate and an opening part 3 is provided to the bottom of each well. A membrane, for example, having a pore size of 0.01-2.0mum or a filter material 4 like said membrane is adhered to the under surface of the opening part 3. This filter material such as the membrane has function permitting no leakage of the reaction liquid in each well 1 under atmospheric pressure and filtering protein without adsorbing the same by sucking under reduced pressure applied to the under surface thereof. A back surface holding material 5 such as a membrane or paper can be omitted. When a carrier is used, a cephalose or glass powder is preliminarily mounted to the bottom of each well. The B/F separation of the reaction liquid can be easily performed by sucking the solution part from the perforated bottom part under reduced pressure.
