A device for drainage of the antral cavity consists of a drainage tube with a middle part (1b) with an outer dimension fitted to a hole in the bone wall between the nostrils and antral cavity with an expandable end part, preferably extension legs (6), and with an opposing end part (2) expanded in comparison to the middle part (1b), preferably a saddle. A cylindrical drill is used to set the hole in the bone wall. In its free end, this is equipped with a toothed blade. There is also a special installation instrument for inserting the drainage tube into position between the antral cavity and nostrils.<IMAGE> |
