PURPOSE:To efficiently produce fine particles and to improve yield by pulverizing a flowing-down molten material by the 1st fluid jets and pulverizing the molten material which is not pulverized by the 2nd fluid jets from the outside circumference of the 1st fluid jets. CONSTITUTION:The molten material 4 in a crucible 3 is dropped from an aperture 5 for pouring into a powder recovering tank 1 and the 1st fluid jets 7 from plural nozzles 6 are injected to collide against the molten material 4 by which the molten material is crushed and pulverized. The intersecting angles of the nozzles 6 are specified to about 20-90 deg. and the 1st fluid jets 7 are concentrated to one point. Nozzles 8 are disposed on the outside of the nozzles 6 so as to be positioned at the centers between the nozzles 6 and the coarse particles which are not thoroughly pulverized by the 1st fluid jets 7 are crushed and pulverized by the 2nd fluid jets 9. The intersecting angles of the nozzles 8 are adjusted within the range of the angle smaller by about 20 deg. than the intersecting angle of the 1st fluid jets. The 2nd fluid jets 9 are also concentrated to one focus. The fall of the coarse grains which are not thoroughly pulverized and the collision thereof against the inside wall of the tank 1 are thereby suppressed.
