PURPOSE:To rapidly and homogeneously mix a blowing gas-liq. mixture with a treating solution which stays in the column, by mixing a part of a treating solution which was taken out of a bubble column with an oxygen gas and blowing again through a plurality of mixing nozzles, thereby imparting flowability to the whole treating solution in the column. CONSTITUTION:A solution to be treated by oxidation is fed from a feed pipe 1 into an oxidation treatment bubble column 2. A part of the solution to be treated is withdrawn by means of a liq. pump 4 and fed at a pressure of 1-2kg/cm<2> through a liq. transfer pipe 5 into a plurality of gas-liq. mixing nozzles 6A-6D which are provided within a horizontal section of the bottom of the column 2 and have two different directions of injection of which the tilting angle are respectively a deg. and b deg. relative to the tangential line. Simultaneously, an oxygen gas is fed through a blower 7 and a gas transfer pipe 8 into the nozzles 6A-6D and mixed with the treating solution to be treated. The mixture is injected into the column 2 where oxidation treatment is conducted, followed by discharging through a discharge pipe 3. On the other hand, the gas is discharged through a conduit 9 and a gas treating device 10.
