PURPOSE:To decrease the charging current of an integrating capacitor and to make integration for a long time possible by subtracting an current fed-back from an output from an input current by a non-inverting amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:To an arithmetic amplifier 3 to constitute an integrating circuit, a non-inverting amplifier 11 for feeding-back is connected. The non-inverting amplifier 11 for the feeding-back includes arithmetic amplifiers 4 and 5, obtains a control current in proportion to the output voltage, subtracts the control current from an input current and adjusts the charging current to flow into an integrating capacitor 2 to a desired value.
