PURPOSE:To easily confirm whether a connection is normal or not by setting initially check data in external storage devices and system definition items and reading out and collating the both before the start of operation. CONSTITUTION:The external storage devices 30-1-31-3 such as magnetic disk storage devices and central processors 10 and 11 are connected through connection controls parts 20-21 and connection lines 40-1-41-2. The connection of those external storage devices 30-1-31-3 is confirmed by reading write data individually and collating them when an initial program is loaded into an information processor. In this case, data storage formats of the external storage devices 30-1-31-3 are checked to check whether they are at proper address positions or not. Then, data are read out similarly as to an alternate bus and checked to check whether a bus change is made properly or not. Internal storage devices 12 of the central processors 10 and 11 are quipped with a user control block and a definition block for a connection bus.
