PURPOSE:To obtain a lead wire structure which is structurally rigid by uniting the lead wire of a vibrator, a damper material, and the vibrator across a mold case. CONSTITUTION:A conductor film 34 is adhered to the rectangularly annular top surface of the mold case 32 as shown in figure (a) and thin beltlike conductor film 36 are so adhered to two opposite side wall surfaces as to conduct to the film 34. A piezoelectric element plate 30 is fitted to the top surface of the case 32 with a conductive adhesive 38 as shown in figure (b). Then, the case 32 is the shape shown in figure (b) is turned over as shown in figure (c) and the damper material 40 is injected into the box-shaped body formed of the case 32 and plate 30 and hardened. The case 32 is returned to the original state as shown in figure (d) and the plate 30 is cut in stripes by using a cutter to obtain many vibrators 10. In this case, the plate is cut based on the films 36 so that the films 36 become respective lead wires of the vibrators 10. Therefore, the films 36 as the lead wires of the vibrators 10 are united with the damper material 40 and vibrators 10 across the case 32, so the lead wire structure which is extremely rigid is obtained.
