PURPOSE:To prevent the performance from being deteriorated, by bringing an address of a hardware area to an address conversion to a RAM area and recording it, at the time of a write access of its hardware area. CONSTITUTION:An hardware area is constituted of a W register 20 and plural H/W registers, a data to be written to the register 20 is logged to a log memory 22 of a RAM 18, and address information of a RAM area is decoded by a decoder 11 so that the RAM 18 can be selected. Also, address information of the hardware area is decoded by a decoder 12, and at the time of writing a data to the hardware area, and an address of the register 20 is converted to an address of the corresponding log memory 22 by a converting part 19. In this way, write can be executed simultaneously to the register 20 and the memory 22, and also, the memory 22 can be addressed and read out.
