RECOGNIZING METHOD FOR IMAGE DATA

PURPOSE:To execute a pre-treatment for the highly accurate graphic recognition by executing an expanding and reducing processing by the calculation so that the bit drop of the data at a border cannot be executed in the expanding and reducing processing of a graphic. CONSTITUTION:The image data from an input device 2 are inputted to a CPU 4, and the image data processed here are stored into a large capacity memory device 1. A local memory 3 temporarily accumulates the image data cut out of the large capacity memory device 1. The CPU 4 executes the data transfer between the large capacity memory device 1 and the local memory 3 and executes the expanding and reducing to the data in the local memory 3. In the expanding and reducing processing of the graphic, the CPU 4 executes the expanding and reducing processing by the calculation so that the bit drop of the data at the border cannot be executed.
