PURPOSE:To realize the correcting work processing of a user at a high speed and to obtain the quick-response characteristic by separating the correcting work and the reflection to a data base of a user. CONSTITUTION:A data base liking buffer 5 to store the data retrieved from a magnetic disk 3 which is a data base is composed of a vector data identifier 5a, a table name 5b to show in which table the data are stored as the data in vector data and a vector data identifier 5c in a uniform data base in the table. A history buffer 6 to store the history of the correcting work of the user is composed of a vector data identifier 6a and a type 6b of the operation. At the time of the correcting work, only the correction of the vector data of a vector data buffer 2 and the addition of the data to the history buffer 6 are executed. After the correcting work is completed, the correcting work is reflected to the data base by using buffers 6, 5 and 2.
