PURPOSE:To transfer a data without interrupting transfer end after transmitting a write data, and a transfer request at the time of receiving a read data, by providing a control register file for executing autonomously a write data transfer and the subsequent read data transfer. CONSTITUTION:A command register file 31, a memory address register file 32, a transfer digit number register file 33, and an interruption mode register file 34 are provided in a terminal control device. In case of a write data transfer, when the number of write data transfer bytes goes to '0', and the end of the write data transfer is detected by a transfer control part 35, a write DVE signal is outputted. In such a case, a mode decoder 36 is set to a mode for cutting a write DVE interruption. Also, based on this write DVE signal, a register file address counter 37 is counted up, and the read instruction of a command register file 31 is executed.
