PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously and separately take out two kinds of different substances to be examined in a specimen, by a method wherein fixing phases having compatibility with different specimens are provided to two rotary discs arranged in opposed relation to each other and the specimens are injected between the fixing phases while said discs are rotated. CONSTITUTION:An upper side disc 3 and a lower side disc 6 are arranged in opposed relation to each other and respectively coated with fixing phases 4, 5 having compatibility with different specimens. A carrier liquid is injected in a carrier introducing port 2 and a specimen liquid is injected in a specimen injection port 1. Then, the upper side disc 3 and the lower side disc 6 are mutually rotated to reverse directions and said liquids are made to radially flow between the fixing phases 4, 5. Whereupon, the substance to be examined in the specimen having compatibility with the fixing phase 4 is drawn to the fixing phase 4 to be discharged from an upper side outlet and the substance to be examined having compativility with the fixing phase 5 is drawn to the fixing phase 5 to be discharged from a lower side outlet. Because both discs are reversely rotated, the separation capacities of two fixing phases can be simultaneously utilized and the separately taking-out capacity of a liquid chromatograph can be enhanced.
