CONSTITUTION:An inner peripheral side signal 11 and an outer peripheral side signal 12 extending to an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side in alternation geometrically from the center of a regulated adjusting signal track are read out with the R/W gap of a magnetic head as signal outputs, and they are measured numerically whether the magnetic head is an off track state to a regulated track diameter direction position.
