PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove shading due to the variation in sensitivity, by providing a signal amplifying circuit, wherein several unidimensional terminal parts are relatively low in an amplifying degree as compared with that at a central part, so as to allow the same to correspond to each semiconductive radiation responsive element. CONSTITUTION:A unidimensional semiconductive radiation responsive element group 1, a preamplifier group 8, a signal amplitude control circuit group 25, a reference voltage source 10 and a monitor television 15 are provided. The output of the element 1 is supplied to the preamplifier 8 to be amplified to an arbitrary level. This signal is supplied to the circuit 25 to perform the adjustment of amplitude. Next, said signal is supplied to each comparator of a comparator group 9 and compared with voltage supplied from the voltage source 10 to be binarized. The binarized signal is supplied to each counter of a counter group 11 to measure the number of photons of radioactive rays irradiated within a certain measuring time. The data from the counter 11 is written in a memory 12 by an instruction from a computer 14 each time the scanning of one line is finished. This data receives image processing from the computer 14 and is converted to digital data by an A/D converter 13 to be imaged on the television.
