PURPOSE:To enable other processings while data of one text is transferred and to lighten the burden imposed on an CPU by shifting control to a transfer control part after the CPU generate a command list in a main memory. CONSTITUTION:The CPU1 generates command list, which lists up one text of control words and that of parameters at every character at least, in the main memory 2. The CPU1 writes the top address of the command list stored in the main memory 2 in a command pointer 5, and then activates the transfer control part 4. Where, control word is previously defined in a command format by a parameter top be updated in accordance with a transfer content, at the time of setting a parameter in a parameter file 6 where a parameter required for data transfer at the time of transferring every character, is set.
