摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase adhesion between layers by a method wherein when a vinyl alcohol polymer layer and a polyolefin layer are extruded together in multiple layers, multilayer fused material extruded from dies is made to pass between an emboss roll and a pressure bonding roll which are kept under a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The multilayer concurrent extrusion process of vinyl alcohol polymer layers and polyolefin layers is carried out by a method wherein both these layers are supplied to different extrudess, fused and kneaded into layers and they are comented inside or outside a die. Usually, the fused material extruded from a die having specified temperatures 170-270 deg.C is made to pass between an emboss roll and a pressure bonding roll which are kept under 90 deg.C to make a multilayer structure having a corrugation. The emboss is so deep that the boundary surface between these layers, that is, the cementing surface will lose smoothness after the fused material pass between the rolls.</p>
