PURPOSE:To improve the certainty of the reporting of safety information by adding a function which makes a voice report to an emergency reporting device which encodes and transmits the safety information and then installing a voice reception-side device as a reception-side device at a proper position and at low cost in addition to an integrated reception-side device. CONSTITUTION:The integrated reception-side device is equipped with a reception part 6, a code decoding part 7, an information output part 8, and a telephone set 9. The wiring from an exchange 5 is connected to the reception part 6, code decoding part 7, and information output part 8 of the integrated reception- side device B-1 and decoded safety information I2 is outputted as shown by an arrow. Further, the telephone set 9 is connected to the reception part 6 and receives a voice signal. Integrated reception-side devices of the same constitution with B-1 are provided up to B-n. The exchange 5 is connected to a voice reception-side device C-1, i.e. telephone set 9. Voice reception-side devices of the same constitution with C-1 are provided up to C-n. Thus, the integrated reception-side devices B-1-B-n are installed so as to control the safety information I1 from a transmission-side device A concentrically and also control data.
