PURPOSE:To ensure the removal of static electricity from forms without any error made in contact by providing an earthing member made of a conductor which comes in contact with the form, to one side of a form passageway on the curved side of the form. CONSTITUTION:A form guide plate 21 is connected with a terminal on the earth side of a control circuit for a printer main body together with one of contacts of a detecting switch through a common conductor so as to be grounded. After a printing form PS let off from a stock section 19 strikes itself in contact with the contact point of feeding rollers 15 and 16, it comes in contact with the form guide plate 21 while being curved because a predetermined quantity is furthermore left off by a let-off roller 23. When the tip end of the form PS is let off from the stock section 19, it may come some times in contact with the guide plate 21 before it strike in contact with the feeding rollers 15 and 16, but said curveture ensures positive contact with the guide plate 21. Static electricity generated by friction with remaining forms and with walls when the form PS is let off, is removed through the conductive guide plate 21.
