The present invention relates to the impact grinding mills comprising a rotor consisting of a shaft 12, a series of discs 10, fastened to the shaft and spaced axially from one another over the length of the latter, and of striking pins 14, the heads of which project over the periphery of the discs and the tails of which engage in the discs and are fastened to the latter by means of pins 16 parallel to the shaft of the rotor and passing through the discs and the striking pins. In order to allow the fastening of each striking pin to the rotor only by means of a pin passing through the discs and the part of the striking pin engaged in the discs, each striking pin is equipped with two wings 18 which rest, at the front and the rear of the striking pin, by considering the direction of rotation of the rotor, on the periphery of at least one of the adjoining discs 10. <IMAGE>
