PURPOSE:To shorten the old exchange time and consequently enhance the productivity by a method wherein a coincidence signal is issued in order to stop a rotary driving mechanism when the turning angle calculated at an arithmetic section coincides with the turning angle detected by a turning angle detector by comparing both angles with each other. CONSTITUTION:No.1 mold 21 - No.4 mold 24 are mounted on the top surface of a table 13. The No.3 mold 23 is used for molding after the end of the molding by the No.1 mold 21. A start signal 31 is issued in order to rotate a motor 15 and further sent to an arithmetic section 35 in order to calculate the turning angle between the No.1 mold 21 in use at present and the No.3 mold 23 to be used for a next time. A table 13 is rotated through the rotation of the motor 15 and at the same time the turning angle of the table 13 is detected by a turning angle detector 36. A turning angle detection signal is sent through an indexing position detecting section 37 to a comparator 38 so as to be compared with the turning angle calculated at the arithmetic section 35 in order to stop the motor 15 at the moment that both said turning angles coincide with each other. The No.3 mold 23 is seated at the position opposite to a heating cylinder 25. |
