摘要 PURPOSE:To form a uniform liquid droplet having a particle size of 250mum or less, by emitting a liquid with viscosity with 50-2,000cp from a nozzle with an orifice diameter of 20-100mum while vibration frequency of 3,000-40,000Hz is directly applied to the liquid. CONSTITUTION:The high viscosity solution containing a sol of a high-molecular substance or an inorg. compound supplied into a cylinder 2 from aliquid inlet 9 is injected from a nozzle while receives cyclical pressure change due to the reciprocating motion of the vibration reciprocating motion of the vibration rod connected to a proper vibration generating source such as a magetosticition element or a piezoelectric element. Vibration frequency for obtaining the stable minute uniform liquid droplet is several thousand - several ten thousand Hz and the orifice diameter of the nozzle for obtaining a uniform liquid droplet with a particlet with a size of 250mum or less must be set to 100mum or less. If thus obtained liquid droplet is solidified, a globular particle having a uniform particle size is obtained and can be highly utilized in a gel filtering carrier and a catalyst carrier, etc.
