<p>PURPOSE:To adjust papers accurately, by forming screw grooves of both side spiral cams in the inverse directions each other, to gear with bin trannions, in a bin transferring type sorter for a copying machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:When papers delivered from a picture forming device are stored from the upper bin 51 to the lower bin 51 in order, a driving shaft 47 is rotated in the direction d intermittently, spiral cams 44 and 44' are rotated inversely each other through cam driving shafts 46 and 46', bin trannions 54 of the lower side bin 51 are inserted to the screw grooves 45 and 45' respectively which are formed inversely, and the spiral cams 44 and 44' themselves are made to go down at a bin distance. Therefore, the bin 51 is lifted, and after about one round of rotation, the bin trannions 54 are placed at the upper level of the spiral cams 44 and 44', the interval of bins is expanded at the height of the spiral cams, and the papers are stored to each bin 51 in order, by repeating such an operation. Therefore, no damage or synchronous gap is produced, and the papers can be adjusted accurately.</p> |
