PURPOSE:To facilitate the temperature control and consequently make the stable resin molding possible by a constitution wherein a manifold block houses heat generating bodies in the vicinity of its hot runner and the respective values of the high, medium and low radiant heat values of the manifold block are dealt with by the calorific value profiles or high- medium-low and high-low-high calorific value distributions of composite heat generating bodies. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge heater 6 has a constitution (a), which is produced by arranging the winding of an electric heat generating wire 6 dense (high calorific value) 6a, dense and coarse (medium calorific value) 6b and coarse (low calorific value) 6c in the order named. A cartridge heater 7 has a constitution (b), which is produced by arranging the winding of an electric heat generating wire 7 dense (high calorific value) 7a, coarse (low calorific value) 7c and dense (high calorific value) 7a in the order named. In other words, the calorification profiles of the respective heaters are different from each other. For example, the cartridge heater 6 with the constitution (a) is imbedded in the portions, the radiant heat value profile of which is high radiant heat value 5a-medium radiant heat value 5b-low radiant heat value 5c, while the cartridge heater 7 with the constitution (b) is imbedded in the portion, the radiant heat value profile of which is high radiant heat value 5a-low radiant heat value 5c, of the manifold block 5 so as to deal with the preservation of the balance between the radiant heat values of the portions. |
