PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from snaking and wrinkling by providing both at least one pair of rollers rotating reversely each other and a third roller corresponding to respective rollers of said pair whereby causing them to be one-sided continuously such that the tape is subjected to tension. CONSTITUTION:When a gear 7 is rotated to the direction indicated by an arrow head by a suitable control drive means, a tape 4 is unwinded from No.3 roller 3 onto No.1 roller 1. Meanwhile, as the tape is being pulled by a rotation one- sided means, the tape will never be slackened. On the other hand, when the gear 7 is rotated reversely, the tape 4 is unwinded from the roller 1 so as to be winded onto the roller 3, and the tape will never be slackened by means of the rotation one-sided means in this case too. Next, when the gear 7 is rotated 1/5 of a turn by 1/5 of a turn by the control drive means, the tape moves as much as the width L of a roller side face S accompanied with the rotation of rollers 1 and 2. And when the gear 7 is rotated by 1/5XN times a turn at one time, the tape moves as much as LXN at one time. As described above, the tape will never be slackened nor be wrinkled in any case.
