PURPOSE:To prevent damage of the road surface and generation of dust, by blending an anti-slip agent into tread rubber so that the anti-slip agent is exposed to the outer surface of the tread section. CONSTITUTION:About 5 to 60pts.wt. of an anti-slip agent such as organic fibers, glass, carbon, ceramics, metal or the like is blended in 100pts.wt. of tread rubber, and the anti-slip agent is exposed to the outer surface of the tread rubber. In this arrangement, the anti-slip agent is composed of short filament-like fibers arranged orthogonal to the outer surface of the tread 4. With this arrangement, it is possible to provide a tire with which the abrasion of the road surface, the generation of dust are restrained.
